Said Unit is responsible for carrying out the administrative processing related to the staff of the Biobizkaia Institute, together with its corresponding follow-up, responding to the quality standards required by it.

Functions

• Personnel selection process: Job offers, adaptation, publicity, verification of selection, formalization of contracts, extensions, terminations, follow-up. Payroll processing. Maintenance job bank.
• Management of staff during their stay at the Institute: reception, management of incidents for own staff. Labor calendars. Collaboration in the coordination of Prevention and hygiene-safety at work.
• Maintenance of personnel records.
